Author does a good job of giving a balanced answer. I often ask myself: when something is “ready”? And usually I’m on a more aggressive timeline from most people I know. My thinking: what’s the harm in trying? And what’s the opportunity cost of not trying? We always think we have infinite time, and we often forget how long it takes for things to work. I’d rather get going sooner rather than later.

I noticed that most times even when I fail I learned something. At worst I scratched an itch I had.

If you’re launching a new product, you’re really launching a new business. Hire. Partner. Focus.

Truuuuuue.
Nothing is worse than half-assed merchandise or a product that isn’t tended to. If you treat it as a business, your more likely to produce quality.
