A bit disappointing from Japan. Being the 3rd largest economy, you would think they could have some room to approach this in a fair and reasonable way. I hope this reverses or at the very least some guard rails are put into place.

Umm, what? So you can obtain the data illegal and train on it and not have any repercussions?
